The skin care basket #2

A while ago we wrote a skin care favourites post, and now is time to show you our updated skin care regime.

After trying out different products we’ve come to love a simple routine that doesn’t take a lot of time, and  is nice that just with a few steps you can have nice, clean and glowing skin.

To remove our makeup we like to use facial wipes for sensitive skin, as they remove the majority of the makeup and it doesn’t feel harsh on the skin. Then we use the Bioderma makeup removing micelle solution because it’s nice and refreshing and does a great job cleaning the skin and removing the bits of makeup the wipes didn’t remove. On the last step of cleansing we love to use the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel, this stuff is addictive and it’s the best cleanser we’ve used so far, it’s nourishing and doesn’t strip off the skin, also is calming and soothing, which is perfect after the hot days of summer. And finally for moisturizer we’ve been using is the La Roche-Posay Hydreane Legere.

Some extra bits that we like to use from time to time are the Clinique Clarifying Lotion which you are supposed to use everyday but I find it a bit strong on my skin, Avène eau thermale that we use when our skin it’s a bit irritated ad the Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser which smells lovely like oranges and does a great job exfoliating the skin.  For dry lips the best lipblam is the Rêve de miel from Nuxe.
